We got off lightly as Flagstaff got nearly a foot of snow and the Phoenix metropolitan area got a soaking of rain.

      COVID-19: A couple of cases have been reported in the neighbouring Navajo county. Our daily routine is little changed but for keeping social  physical distancing when out for necessary errands. There has been panic stocking up of paper goods, water, milk, hand sanitizer as is evidenced by the empty shelves in the local markets . . . not what I would have expected in this sober rural community. Local road traffic is lighter than usual . . . but we have to go over to Show Low today; Kathy has a medical appointment and I need to buy pet food . . .
