River Dee Chester

I stopped off at the Groves  on my way to a docs appointment this morning. My intention was to blip the row of colourful pedalo boats  that always cheer me up with their brightness. No sign of them. No tourists = no boats. They are usually there all year round. Instead, its a view across the Dee towards Handbridge. Almost no traffic over the bridge in to town at 9am. It's usually chocka.
