Camellia

I put this photo of the camellia in our back garden through art filters on Photoshop to create an abstract pattern. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting the Abstract Thursday challenge.

It's been a very grey, foggy day today. Not the most uplifting view through the window, so every flower is a bonus. Mr Pheasant arrived 'as usual' (as it's become this week) - and he certainly adds colour. He's not very popular with sparrows who like to feed on the ground and find him intimidating, even though he wouldn't turn a feather if they joined him.

Still coughing and blowing with my Stinking Cold, which means I've been self-isolating over a week longer than most peeps. Ho hum! Lots of knitting and jigsaws and books ... and playing on Photoshop, of course.

All this makes social websites like this all the more precious as our physical social life shrinks.
