Bittersweet

Today was my younger daughter's 19th birthday. Since I am only about 60% better after suffering a very bad case of the flu, I did not bake. We got Crumb's Cupcakes instead. That's where the bittersweet comes in.

After loving Crumb's for several years, two of the four cupcakes we purchased were stale!

I will call them tomorrow. Such a pity.
