Clouds
After having lunch in Shellharbour Village, I drove out to the Bass Point Reserve, and did a short walk (3km return) along the foreshore.
Along the way, I took some shots of Shellharbour South Beach and Shellharbour Village, in the distance, but they didn't turn out as good as I'd hoped, as they're around 2km away. I also took some shots at Red Sands Beach (which doesn't have any red sand?).
As I turned around at Red Sands Beach, to retrace my steps back to my car, I looked up the steep grassy slope to my right (much steeper than it looks in the photograph), and the wispy cirrus clouds in the bright blue sky caught my attention. As often happens, what I'd intended to photograph turns out uninteresting and something else catches my eye.
