Sunrise today heralded a grey day but, being up early, did mean I had time to package up the presents we had for mum's birthday so they could be in the post on time for delivery on her birthday.

After work I had a video meeting regarding ongoing contingencies at the night shelter and then a video yoga class, one was much more fun than the other.
