Coming Clean!

I have eaten badly, slept badly, not done any running and have fallen off the blipping wagon this week, just too tired to be bothered, almost quit midweek! Have just about managed to feign an interest with the camera but only just. Thank God it's Friday, sorry fellow blip mates I hope that normal service will be resumed shortly!

PS: I knew that stolen hotel shower cap would come in handy one day!
