Social Distancing!

Easy enough at Spelga Dam in the Mournes today, complete with one man and his dog! We escaped to get a walk and fresh air. Spelga is a man made dam, which provides water for local towns. In dry weather a little bridge is exposed and people can walk across it. Beautiful day!! Getting lots of exercise and bracing air keeps me positive. Among our neighbours we have formed a wee collective, taking it in turns to shop and collect prescriptions for each other. Especially those who live alone. Take care everyone!!
