Hole in the Ground

This particular hole in the ground used to be the entrance to the underground toilets in Kings Square. It was filled in when the square was redeveloped, I think in the 80's. The square is now under redevelopment again, not sure if they are going to reopen the public toilets but I doubt it more likely they have to collapse the empty space underground.
