Partial success!

Had a trip out to the local supermarket today. Could do with some more milk and was going to buy eggs, no chance of either! However I did manage to buy some milk free apple pie, cream and rice milk for Gemma. Providing we are not on self isolation by Sunday Gemma Ben Thomas and Chloe are coming for food.
The shelves are still ashamedly empty but the manager has started to post on a local FB group that they are having an increase in deliveries, ambient goods (canned food etc) is usually only delivered weekly.
Is it wrong that I was amused to see the empty toilet paper shelves stacked instead with buckets of flowers for Mother’s Day :-)
I suppose it’s a good way to remind every one to at least remember their mums while they are looking to strip the shelves bare!
