Keeping snug...

We lit the log fire this evening and watched two episodes of the first series of The Crown given us at Christmas by J & A. Having missed it first time round, we’re going to enjoy it.

This morning I took part in a Zoom online meeting replacing the usual church prayer meeting. Once we’d got sorted and settled it was a good time of sharing and prayer. The service on Sunday will be streamed through Facebook so my techi skills will be on the up.

At teatime we FaceTimed with J & A and Esmée, who showed us her new mobility skills.

I’ve written some letters and cards today and we went for a walk later this afternoon.

We’ve learnt that Rose’s husband who is nearly 94 has contracted the coronavirus while in hospital. She has been visiting Bill and so she and her daughter are now self isolating. D ladysat Rose on Wednesday...

My sister told us she will get her CT results on Wednesday. Meanwhile she shared some very happy news with us; her daughter and husband are expecting their second child in September. Very happy and exciting news!

I hope my extra brings a smile....
