Indoor Cycling.

Well, the indoor trainer is up and running. First session under the belt and amazingly I had a puncture! 1500 miles on the road this year and my first puncture is on a turbo trainer! It did self seal nicely but there's a bit of sealant on the loft carpet. Best not tell Gill!
