Reasons to be cheerful.

1.  Today is the first day of Spring.

2. My mother's Birthday. She would have been 114.

3. The sun is shinning.

4. For family and friends.
 Our eldest son delivered a box of goodies which will keep us going this week. Also our Saturday Yorkshire Post.
A big thank you to Heidi and the staff at Tomlinson's Farm Shop,Pudsey.
A. said there was a long queue and the tiny shop was packed. He managed to get some fish from the Whitby fish van, who was also almost sold out.
Our other farm shop was also packed out.

5. Lovely to see a pair of long tailed tits going in and out of our neighbour's bushes. May be nesting.
Also our little mouse has reappeared.. Darting in and out under the bird feeder.

6. The music of Kenny Rodgers, who has died today age 81.
