Skinner blend

Feels a bit like Nero but heigh ho. On a positive I’ve note managed to run 1.5 miles without stopping this morning, a bit longer than schedule advised, that said a fair bit of it was downhill in Pollok Park. At this rate I should be good for a park run in years time when hopefully all this is past. Matthew’s birthday which heaven forfend he is spending in Thailand.
