Tin Beans Exercise.

Ha ha trying to keep active. We haven't been out today .I phoned my cousin  in Monmouth who is 80.she would drive to meet friends and go for coffee most days.her son who lives in Reading came down with groceries so she doesn't have to go to the shops,and told her not to go out.i then phoned my friend Yvonne to ask if she was ok and she has plenty in her freezer and cupboard. She has a daughter who is in the Army and another daughter who lives in Gambia. She talks to them both on Skype which is nice.sadly there are going to be a lot of lonely people out there in the weeks to come confined to their homes.it has been  cold and very windy here again today.
