Swan on a mission ....

.... to send the final cygnet away from the Rouken Glen pond. It didn't succeed today but as nesting time approaches the adult pair do not want any of last year's youngsters left to share their pond.

The park was busy .... no park runners  but there was a school cross country group and an army style fitness training group who were certainly keeping their own space.

No sun today and it really felt quite cold when we were out. I wasn't tempted into the garden so did some of my sewing in between phone calls.
