Time for Tea

A little family shot taken by Z this afternoon while we all had a cup of tea/ warm ribena.  Q making a silly face as usual.

Went to Waitrose this morning, everyone's faces seemed stern but I did get a sense that no-one who went to waitrose would ever allow themselves to be seen to panic buy anything.

I managed to get in to the hives this afternoon, i am always a bit worried about what i may or might not find after a long time inspecting.  One of the hives had no stores and i couldn't see any evidence of a queen, so i gave them something to keep them going and will look out for the queen/brood again next time.

The other 2 where full to the brim with bees which i wasn't quite prepared for.  I only went in to see how much stores they have so i didn't do a full inspection - i think one may even be thinking about swarming so i do need to get in there again soon.
