Social Distancing

Pat: I’ve got cabin fever
Me: Me too
Pat: The sun is shining. Do you fancy a walk through the woods?
Me: Yes
Pat: We can take our own flasks and our own biscuits. We will walk two metres apart and have a chinwag.

We did too. We found a bench overlooking the Dam, we didn’t share anything, we sat at either end of the bench and we caught up with all we’ve done this week. It was great to be out in the sunshine. There were other people out walking an picnicking on benches too. We all said hello...and politely walked at least two metres away from each other.

I’m doing overtime tomorrow and there are rumours that Granada Reports are coming to film us. I’d better put my lippy on just in case.
