Blossom

Thank goodness for a beautiful sunny day here . We went to the market stall in Sherborne for veg and everyone was queuing sensibly, a safe distance apart .We sat by the Abbey and drank a takeaway coffee from one of the shops we usually support .
There was a a fairly cheerful atmosphere as everyone was out and about .
I managed to plant two little plants in the garden - one a fritillary- I hope it thrives . I bought it at a local plant stall in the hall in Sherborne last week . 
The rest of the day was spent cooking  ready for Mother’s Day lunch tomorrow.
