A bit of a sad day.
Today the Thursday Gang closed and boarded up the rugby club. The advice from the government on socially isolating and the information coming from the RFU that the season has finished means that in order to ‘protect’ the club users we need to shut down
As with all the clubs at the lower levels the loss of income from remaining the games and social events will have a huge long term effect on the clubs future.

It was also set to be the venue for the next Veterans. Breakfast but as most of the Veterans fall into the ‘at risk’ group it’s probably better not to go ahead anyway, it’s likely to be taken out of our hands by increasing government COVID-19 measures anyway.
