Party for 4

We didnt cancel the cake. My friend made it and I didnt want to cancel on her, and I wanted B to still feel special so we had party games and party lunch at home for our little Bumble Bee. The cake looked and tasted brilliant and will probably last weeks! We wont starve here! Her actual birthday is Monday but her party was supposed to be today.

John had to do some work so I took the girls to the small green area on our estate which we had to ourself. We saw some neighbours on the way and chatted from a safe distance for a few minutes. The girls made a pretend campfire from sticks and enjoyed trying to light it (rubbing stickd together) and singing songs round it. So cute. Then we played hide and seek.

Ivy and I dropped leaflets round our old street, which is next to our current road with my number in case anyone needs anything. Tina is covering our road. My dad also received his today from a volunteer on his side of town and although they have us to help, he liked the gesture. A very nice day in all save for the underlying feeling of anxiety but its a bit more in check.
