Out this morning to the dr to have my monthly blood taken i am getting good at it.

Keith much better back to windows next week I should say unless some thing goes wrong over the weekend.

I have book club tonight I have all ready have the book for feb it is about the life of Dickens it is a thick one so might take time reading.

We both went out but were where quick as was cold to cold to get my camera out.

So as I am laid here after changing my stoma bag I thought I would do a fun one and here is my big kiss to you all
