The Extinctions MOOC is going quite well.  Hardly any sun today.  Nothing much else to report as we practice a rather austere self-isolation.  I have learned to recognize any thoughts about 'breaking out' or 'going for a ride' as nothing more than thoughts that are allowed to come and then again allowed to leave.  I certainly don't intend to go out if I can help it, especially with the death toll rising everywhere.

I hope you're all practicing social distancing.  It must be so easy in the countryside compared to the city, but the corona doesn't select and anyone is fair game.  Let's all stay safe.
