A bit of a pane.

The sun was up, the sky was blue but, dear Prudence, don't come out to play (not quite what John Lennon once sang.) 
Early days, but a whole year's worth of work of son's, as well as most of his income for the foreseeable future, may be lost because of covid 19 in Los Angeles. Daughter meanwhile, has to work with patients without adequate  personal protection equipment, in a hospital where there has already been a death.
