There is always a way
It was a lovely sunny day. The village was really busy with cars and people up in the forest. I don't think I have ever noticed so many people walking past our house: but perhaps that is just because we were in the back garden enjoying the sunshine, the other time it gets really busy here.
I cleared all the shelves in the office and B's educational moment was learning the importance of destroying confidential waste and how to light a fire.
J and I made pasta for tea. We are certainly ahead of his year 7 Home Ec. (I think it is probably called Food Technology these days) curriculum: I think he should be on sandwich making this week. All in all very nice to eat.
The cake that they had made yesterday was similarly delicious - despite being made with brown sugar and not caster sugar.
Looking at this photo makes me realise how grown up he is getting: I somehow haven't noticed when I look at him day to day.
Let's see what the first full week of all being at home all day brings.
