go wild in the Country

No rush to get up this morning was due to go to Wigan  so a lazy start to the day. I hung some washing out on the line as it was a nice say and quite breezy . We decided to head out into the countryside to search out a blip. We went to fiskerton Fen for a walk up to the riverbank and a stroll along by the river. A few bits of wildlife around which included this lovely Kestrel drifting above our heads. Managed a couple of shots before it flew off in search of food. Only saw 2 other people at a distance while out walking so a double bonus of a blip and keeping away from others.
We popped into Lidl on the way home to get a few bits then home. Been mothers day Julie didn't want to cook so drove to BK for a takeaway while we can A relaxing evening now with possibly a spot of Netflix .
