Mother's Day

Today is a Mother's Day with a difference.  Today people were advised NOT to visit their mothers.  Unprecedented times, but sound advice. Tom and Rachel arrived this morning to see Ann as arranged.  They stayed in the front garden whilst we stayed indoors. Tom delivered his Mother's Day presents and card by leaving them in the porch, this included Ann's special request for a skinny cappuccino. 

Emma's present arrived yesterday.  It was an electric milk frothing jug.  So Ann ended up with two skinny cappuccinos today, a very special Mother's Day.

This evening we had a Zoom video conference call with Tom, Rachel, Emma, Andy and Luna; a virtual Mother's Day get together!
