I can remember when internet banking seemed convenient.

Now, as well as remembering my password, I have to put a card into the reader, enter a PIN, enter the account number of the person I'm paying, enter the amount, enter the code it gives me, subtract the number I first thought of ... at this point I will usually realise that I mis-keyed something and have to start again.

Pah.
