Next phase....

Well this is proving to be a bigger challenge than i'd expected...but hey, that's the exciting part of it all....trying to resolve the aspects that are not working! Because i'm not trying to replicate the photograph, but paint something that caught my attention, i'm having to decide what elements should be eliminated! One of the teachers i've been following has said numerous times....it's not what you include but what you exclude that needs to be a big part of the focus! The original scene is very complex, lots of stuff going on....i'm no where near finished, but wanted to catch it at this somewhat awkward stage.....a bit difficult to put out here....but this is what i'm doing!

The thing is, this is all part of the journey.....and i'm enjoying it - not gnashing my teeth yet!

Another bloody cold and windy day....2 cabins to prepare! We've had problems with frozen pipes in 2 of them...poor Terry has had to be crawling around under them....that really is a hideous thing to have to do! Luckily i have no idea how to help...so i don't have join him!
