A good egg (or two)
Today's delicious lunch for Eva and I. Soft boiled eggs ( using Delia's method 1), mashed with thickly buttered bread pieces. Known as "Princess Eggs" in my youth and now. Grateful thanks to all round good egg Uncle Joe and his happy hens.
