Sunday: Across The Road

........from the ‘Paperhound’ bookstore.  They are still open for now, with reduced hours, but will likely close next week.  We spent enough money in there to make us feel we were supporting small businesses in these times.  Limits seem to vary, but theirs was no more than five people in the shop.

We drove back a longer way round, taking a drive through Strathcona.

We’ve been touching base with all our friends in Croatia.  To see Zagreb streets so familiar to us, covered in rubble, and the spire of the cathedral down has been really sobering.  First the virus, now an earthquake - what on earth is going on?
