Mothering Sunday

I received a card in the post from my lovely daughter. Strange times mean this was always going to be a strange Mother’s Day. My daughter often makes home made cards and they are so thoughtful and personal. She includes lots of words generally thanking me for being mum! We have such a great relationship - more like friends and I love her so much.

This strange pose is us doing ‘holes’. Family joke about how you should stand to create a better sillouete for photos. Apparently if you have air or spaces round your body - hands on hips or hands in the air you don’t have a ‘solid’ body, thus looking slimmer and more streamline. Google it? In these strange times it will give you something to do!
