PE with Joe Wicks

Brilliant idea, and I suspect not hurting his career with over 500,000 people watching the live stream this am. But fair play. 

I'll be doing some of his HIIT stuff later. Home gym plan making progress (judging by the amount of stuff out of stock, we're not alone with this plan!).
