Isolation

Two shocks tonight, one worse than the other.

J got an NHS text telling her to isolate for 12 weeks. Which also means keeping 2 metres from me till late June. Impossible in our relatively small house. So I am going to self isolate too. The problem is food shopping - that’s one for tomorrow.

And the PM’s announcement of a national lockdown. The right thing to do. Too many selfish, thoughtless people have been ignoring the messages over the last week or so.

I think my blips are going to change radically. Today’s is only the start ...........
