Eerily Quiet

Had to go into town to get some shopping for an elderly lady.
Town was so quiet, rightly so.
People were by and large observing the two metre rule.

It felt weird.

I don’t often agree with Nicola Sturgeon but yesterday she said something along the lines of, that if life feels normal, we’re doing something very wrong.

And now we’re in lockdown. Although the PM didn’t use that phrase, that’s pretty much what it is.

Hubby’s birthday today too. Weird it being just us two but happy to have had a family WhatsApp video call this morning.
