Mothering Sunday

Not much of a Mothering Sunday for Clare as she undertook another full long day shift at the hospital.
I continued with the one DIY job a day, today I fitted a light with switch in the upper understairs, (if that’s even a word), cupboard and at the same time replaced the single 230v socket on the landing with a double.

One advantage of emptying this cupboard is the re-discovery of long forgotten ‘treasure’, a box full of our old vinyl LP’s and we still have our record player.

Today’s photo is six years old, taken on the day Falmouth Royal Naval Association was awarded the Freedom Of The Town for services to the community. We remain the only branch from the 300 odd to be awarded such an honour.
