5-seed crackers
Lovely delicious crunchiness! Except there's only 4 seeds because I've run out of sesame seeds, and couldn't be bothered to brave the masses to go and buy more.
So, we have golden linseed (aka flax), sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds (aka pepitas) and chia. I had a couple of egg whites left over from making hot cross buns earlier in the week, so used them to wet it all with a half a cup or so of water. (You can use all water if you want). Don't forget a bit of salt and lots of pepper. Let it sit for 20 minutes to thicken, spread as thinly as possible on a baking sheet, or two if you've made a lot.
Bake in a lowish oven for as long as it takes. Maybe around 30 minutes or so, but keep an eye on it because you don't want it to burn.
They are wonderful with soup, salad, and on their own as a snack. So tasty.
