North Berwick

First day of a weeks annual leave. I gave my legs a bit of a rest from running and did a long easy cycle to North Berwick and back, on my own like I should. 

I was hoping to do both a run and a cycle each day this week but following government advice I will now need to combine them into one activity such as cycling to the Pentlands.
