Aubergine

AKA eggplant.
Out fruit and veg shopping this afternoon, at a socially acceptable distance of course, spotted these remarkably coloured aubergine.
It was good to see the stocks at our local store (Todarello's) almost back to normal as the suppliers get on top of the ridiculous panic buying that we've seen over the past few days. First time in a while we've seen a plentiful supply of fresh eggs on the shelves.
