So yesterday I got a message from the nhs telling me that I need to stay indoors in my home/garden for the next 12 (twelve) weeks due to my underlying chronic illness and the threat of Covid-19.

I am very fortunate in many ways, in that I have an amazing wife who is there for me; two fantastic boys who are wonderfully oblivious as to the seriousness of the threat the world is under (and it shall remain so); a new puppy in the house provide much needed distraction; a relatively full larder (we don’t actually have a larder but you know what I mean); and a job that allows me to continue to work from home and a team that are supporting these restriction
