Glossa ~ Tongue

At this time of the year these fabulous flowers can be found everywhere here on Crete and also in Sweetheart's neighbours garden. The yellow leafs are like a flames of a fire and the blue leaf like a dragon's tongue over which a line of dents are layed. According to Sweetheart this flower is called " Glossa"  what means Tongue... perhaps it's the blue leaf that gives this flower its name.

N.B.: apparently it's name = Bird's Tongue flower

In Holland PM called yestereve more stringent measures what will last till June 1st for sure; almost a Lock Down, but not totally yet as all must behave according to the rules... thus giving the Dutch responsibility for their conduct and handing them faith and respect for their acting wisely according to the demands.... Ofcourse, politics it's all a matter of presentation!
