Day 4

Managed to do some ‘proper’ work today as my colleague dropped off some paperwork for me last night (she posted it through and escaped in her car very quickly).
Normally when I make meatballs and sauce I use lots of fresh basil, love the aroma and the flavour. But that’s one of the things I haven’t got at the moment. So it had to be the last of the dried basil I found amongst my herbs in the cupboard - not as good but overall tea was still delicious!
