Mexican Bread

Most of the bread we make we do by hand. However, sometimes we use a bread machine and Gerald does a wonderful Mexican bread in it. Today the machine decided to give up the ghost!! So we had to improvise, retrieve the dough from the errant machine and bake the bread in the oven after much kneading and proving. It hasn't turned out too badly and the aroma of freshly baked bread is wonderful, even if it isn't perfect!.. We are trying to become accustomed to the restrictions placed on our day to day lives and enjoyed a walk this morning. A small price to pay to save lives. Take care everyone.
