Let it rip...

Cattle fed then nipped down to the Shell to fill up the Jerry cans with petrol before they start rationing ! Depend on fuel for the quad bikes during lambing and calving time and 80 litres won’t last a week .
Finished off spreading the rest of the slurry from one tank in the slatted shed then moved the bullock stirks back to their pen.
The contractor in to start ripping the oat stubble field. This was reinstated by the sand quarry and all drained a couple of years ago but it has panned badly and the water can’t get through the hard layer of soil down to the drains . Willie had the tines in to 24” so hopefully that will let the water down to reach the drains at 30”.
The skill is not to go too deep and rip up the drains. Hopefully !
