Dull

... and not just the weather.  A state of National Emergency was declared this afternoon.  There is a security guard outside the bank and yesterday we noticed a security person outside the closed gates of the retirement village.  Blips will become more challenging for the next month as I doubt we will be allowed to drive to the tracks out of town as we have been doing recently.
