The best days are long gone!

Every time I accidentally touched the tulips a petal or two dropped either on the floor or on the table. So just before they were consigned to the bin I took a photo of one flower and it's remaining petals.

Activities today .... walking round the Heritage Park Loch, a fruit shop, gardening (lopping off the very old, woody stems of my weigela) and finally washed my hair. If the hairdresser remains shut for a considerable I might decide to have a pony tail!

We have not fared too well with the weather over the last few days ... hoping for an improvement when the clocks change at the weekend.
