Hepaticas!
Right after the first coltsfeet there are also hepaticas in the small forest near us! They are early! But no wonder, today we had very warm day +11°C, but wind was brisk.
Finland has proposed restrictions on movement between the Helsinki region and the rest of Finland. Most people will not be allowed to move between Uusimaa and the rest of Finland for at least three weeks after the government announced wide-ranging and much-trailed restrictions designed to slow the spread of coronavirus. The government is proposing to use emergency legislation to enforce the rules, which will also mean restaurants, bars and pubs need to prevent customers from entering their premises. The move goes to parliament on Wednesday evening and is slated to come into force on Friday 27 March.
Uusimaa’s epidemic is at a more advanced stage than that in other parts of the country, necessitating the banning of travel from the southern region to the rest of the country.
As of Wednesday 25 March, the THL reported there were 880 confirmed coronavirus cases in the country, with more than 560 of those detected in the Helsinki Hospital District alone. The figure reflected an overall increase of 88 new diagnoses since the previous day. THL reported that there were 82 Covid-19 patients receiving care in hospital, with 22 patients in intensive care units. So far, three fatalities have been attributed to the disease.
+11°C, partially sunny
