Behind The Chalet, My Holiday's Complete

I wasn't sure which picture to use of the two.  Both are of our private chef, Joe. 

He asked on night one if there was anything we'd particularly like this week and Laura, the other guest in the chalet asked for pasta.  Here's Joe making pasta.  

The second is him topping chocolate tarts with caramelised pecans.
