Scuffin

It's not a scone.... it's not a muffin.... it's a scuffin! I enjoyed a few bites of this tasty treat from Great Harvest Bread Company. I could not indulge too much, because this quarantine has caused me to eat when I get bored... which is pretty often in my case!
