Day 3 Our daily walk

Today Violet and her mummy left us to stay in their own home, for however long.  She is doing shopping for us though and when we returned from our forest walk, we found bags of supplies waiting for us on our doorstep.
We consider ourselves so very lucky that we have Epping Forest all around us in which to enjoy our daily walk, practising safe social distancing of course: in extras you will see one of the reminders set up by the forest rangers throughout.
Some of the favourite spots are actually rather too full of people and we have been asked to avoid these if possible, including my beloved Connaught Water.  Still, there are countless walks to take and it is easy to just step to one side a little to keep a safe distance from any other walkers we encounter.
Pictured is some of the first of Spring's blossoms, Blackthorn and yes, the sky was really that blue!
